Tim Skiba, President
Mr. Skiba is majority shareholder and founder of Sunway. Tim literally grew up within the office supply industry and
has an exceptional amount of related experience. During his nearly 3 decades of involvement within the industry,
he has held executive positions in sales management, customer service, operations and finance. Mr. Skiba has an in-depth
knowledge of the office supply industry and is well versed on industry language. Prior to founding Sunway, Inc., he was vice
president of Midway Office Supply; a firm founded by his father in 1951. Midway Office Supply was a full-service office supply store located in St. Paul, serving the Twin Cities area.
Mike LeRoux, Marketing Manager
Mr. LeRoux received his Bachelor of Science degree, with an emphasis in marketing and management, from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Sunway, Mr. LeRoux was employed by Midway Office Supply in the sales capacity. At Midway, Mike's customer base rapidly expanded to over 250 accounts. Mike quickly became one of Midway Office Supply's largest producers.
Since starting at Sunway in 1990, Mike has performed several duties. He has managed sales and marketing and directed the warehouse with control over ergonomic office product shipping/ receiving, inventory and invoicing. In the last four years, much of his time is spent in sales and marketing. He currently manages a sales staff of four and one customer service representative. With his background, he also has extensive interaction with both operations and accounting.
Julie Skiba, MIS & Web Development Manager
Mrs. Skiba received her Bachelor of Science degree with an interdisciplinary major in Computer Science and Accounting from Mankato State University (now known as Minnesota State University – Mankato). With more than 20 years experience in the information systems field, she has held positions of increasing responsibility from programmer, to analyst, to supervisor/manager. Prior to joining Sunway, Julie was employed by Sperry Corp. (Unisys) in St. Paul, Minnesota and by The Valspar Corp. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has also worked as an independent contractor/consultant.
Since 1990, Julie has served Sunway in a variety of roles: accounting support, systems implementation and development, marketing support, and in recent years helping to fuel Sunway’s growth by developing and managing e-commerce solutions through website design and support.
Roger Erickson, Chief Engineer
Mr. Erickson has worked with and for Sunway since 1995. Roger was lured out of semi-retirement to solidify Sunway’s wrist pad manufacturing operations. His background includes: working at Control Data (Minnesota) as an engineer and working for 20 years at General Fabricators (Minnesota) as general manager and vice president.
Currently, Roger oversees plant operations and heads up Sunway’s tooling and fixture department. Because of his vast experience, Roger is also part of the executive committee that controls the overall fiscal management of the company.
